Feastbooker operates as a hospitality discovery and booking facilitation platform, connecting users with venues, caterers, and event service providers.

2. Nature of Services

Feastbooker acts as a booking facilitator platform

We enable users to discover, compare, and connect with vendors

We do not act as a direct service provider (unless explicitly stated for in-house catering)

3. User Eligibility

Users must be 18+ years

All information provided must be accurate

4. Booking & Confirmation

Booking requests are subject to vendor availability

Final confirmation is provided after vendor acceptance

Feastbooker may assist in coordination but is not responsible for execution failures by third-party vendors

5. Payments

Payment terms may vary:

direct payment to vendor OR

through Feastbooker platform

Advance payments may be required

Pricing is subject to change based on customization

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation terms depend on vendor policies

Feastbooker may facilitate refunds but does not guarantee them

Platform service fees (if any) may be non-refundable

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree:

not to misuse platform

not to provide false information

not to bypass platform after booking facilitation

8. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are solely responsible for:

service quality

food safety

execution

Feastbooker does not guarantee vendor performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Feastbooker shall not be liable for:

vendor failure

service delays

food quality issues (for third-party vendors)

indirect or consequential damages

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and technology are protected

Unauthorized use is prohibited

11. Indemnity

Users and vendors agree to indemnify Feastbooker against:

claims arising from misuse

service-related disputes

12. Termination

Feastbooker may suspend or terminate access:

for misuse

breach of terms

13. Governing Law

Laws of India apply
