(Hospitality Discovery & Booking Facilitation Platform)
1. INTRODUCTION
This Customer Booking Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the booking, coordination, and facilitation services provided by Feastbooker through its website, application, representatives, and affiliated channels.
By proceeding with any enquiry, booking, payment, or confirmation through Feastbooker, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms set forth herein.
2. DEFINITIONS
“Feastbooker”
Refers to Feastbooker LLP, its platform, representatives, employees, affiliates, and authorized partners.
“Customer”
Any individual, company, institution, organization, or entity making an enquiry, booking, or payment through Feastbooker.
“Vendor”
Any third-party venue, caterer, decorator, service provider, or hospitality partner listed or facilitated through Feastbooker.
“Services”
Includes venue facilitation, catering, meal services, event hospitality, table layouts, and associated hospitality services.
3. NATURE OF PLATFORM SERVICES
3.1 Feastbooker primarily operates as a:
hospitality discovery platform
booking facilitation platform
coordination platform
connecting Customers with Vendors and/or in-house services.
3.2 Feastbooker may provide:
in-house catering services
curated hospitality services
vendor coordination support
depending upon the nature of booking.
3.3 Feastbooker does not guarantee:
uninterrupted vendor availability
exact visual representation of services
third-party vendor performance
unless expressly committed in writing.
4. BOOKING PROCESS
4.1 A booking shall be considered “Confirmed” only after:
written confirmation by Feastbooker and/or Vendor
receipt of applicable advance payment
4.2 Submission of enquiry does not constitute confirmation.
4.3 Availability is subject to:
dates
operational feasibility
vendor approval
payment completion
5. PAYMENTS
5.1 Payments may be collected:
directly by VendorOR
through Feastbooker platform
depending on service structure.
5.2 Customers agree to pay:
booking advances
applicable taxes
service charges
customization charges
as communicated.
5.3 Delay in payment may result in:
cancellation
suspension of services
revised pricing
6. PRICING & CUSTOMIZATION
6.1 Prices are subject to change based on:
guest count
customization
venue conditions
logistics
seasonal demand
6.2 Final pricing shall be confirmed through official quotation/invoice only.
7. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
7.1 Cancellation terms may vary depending on:
vendor policy
service type
event timeline
7.2 Advance payments may be:
partially refundable
non-refundable
depending upon booking stage and commitments already made.
7.3 Refund timelines may vary based on:
vendor settlement
banking timelines
operational adjustments
8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer agrees:
to provide accurate event details
to cooperate during planning and execution
not to engage in abusive, unlawful, or disruptive conduct
The Customer shall also ensure:
timely approvals
payment completion
compliance with venue rules
9. VENDOR & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
9.1 Third-party Vendors are independently responsible for:
food quality
service execution
venue conditions
licenses and compliance
9.2 Feastbooker acts as a facilitator and coordinator and shall not be liable for:
vendor negligence
delays
unforeseen operational failures
except in cases of direct negligence by Feastbooker.
10. FOOD & CATERING DISCLAIMER
10.1 Menu presentation, garnish, and display may vary depending on:
seasonality
logistics
availability
10.2 Customers must disclose:
allergies
dietary restrictions
special requirements
prior to confirmation.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Feastbooker shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform due to:
natural disasters
war
strikes
government restrictions
pandemics
transportation disruptions
events beyond reasonable control
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted under law, Feastbooker’s liability shall be limited to:
the amount directly received by Feastbooker for the specific booking.
Feastbooker shall not be liable for:
indirect losses
emotional distress
reputational damages
business losses
consequential damages
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All:
branding
website content
layouts
graphics
menu concepts
platform assets
are protected intellectual property and may not be copied or used without written consent.
14. PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING
Unless expressly prohibited in writing, Feastbooker may use:
event photographs
setups
décor visuals
food displays
for promotional and portfolio purposes.
Personal guest identities shall not be intentionally disclosed without consent.
15. CONFIDENTIALITY
All customer information shall be handled responsibly and in accordance with Feastbooker’s Privacy Policy.
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute shall be attempted to be resolved through:
mutual discussion
mediation
arbitration
under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, India.
Jurisdiction: Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
17. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
18. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By:
making a booking
making payment
signing quotation/invoice
using Feastbooker services
the Customer acknowledges acceptance of this Agreement.
